The bracelet is absolutely lovely! I contacted the seller about length and they were quick to respond. Would definitely buy from again!
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days for a refund. Please contact me about it sooner rather than later.
Although I take great pride in craftsmanship and double check everything, should there be any problems that are a result of my work then I will either issue a full refund, or fix any problems free of charge.
If requested I do custom sizing before shipping out an order, but if you need something resized a second time then you will have to mail the item back to me and pay the shipping fee again.
All metals used are listed along with the item so you can avoid buying anything you may be allergic to. Should you find that you are allergic to a piece of my maille anyways, then contact me and we can work something out.
Again, feel free to talk to me if there is anything wrong, I am happy to help.
I really appreciate communication about when payment can be expected if you are not paying immediately with PayPal, so feel free to send me an e-mail or convo.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do custom fitting for no extra charge. Generally I will ask that you take two measurements: one of your actual wrist circumference, and one that fits around your wrist however loosely that you want the bracelet to fit. You can put the measurements in the message to seller box.
If you damage a piece of my maille while wearing it (it can happen depending on what materials and weaves are used in it and how rough you like to play) then e-mail me a picture of the broken piece and I can e-mail you a quote for how much it will cost to repair and the shipping fee. There is a chance that I can repair maille that you did not buy from me, depending on the availability of the materials that were used in it . . . it never hurts to ask.
If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail or convo me, I am always happy to talk chainmaille!
