Brain dump is therapeutic and the section labels really help you to release your thoughts onto paper in a manner that you might not have thought to do on your own. For example: Work, Kids, Home, Self, Side Hustle....Or create your own. The format really helps to compartmentalize your thoughts as you put them to paper!

5 out of 5 starsOne of the things I really like about this organizer is that there are several versions. Every week in house could be different and the block planner allows room for changes. It's also very helpful on the days I need to identify just three things to focus on.
