Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
All Sales Are Final. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any problems, please contact me immediately, so we can come up with a suitable solution for all.
If a return is accepted, please take note of the following:
- Returned item must be in unused, resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds are for item cost only! Original shipping will not be returned if order was shipped.
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund. This will be voided if you use "Delivery Confirmation" & provide me with the tracking # when returning order.
- Item must be returned within 14 days of return authorization. If not, it will no longer be accepted.

Payment
Paypal is the only accepted method of payment. You do not need a Paypal account to use it & you can use any debit/credit cards, including Echecks.
Orders (including custom orders) are not processed until payment is received. If payment is not received in 48 hours & no communication was received, I will cancel sale & re-list order.
NOTE: I do not send invoices with purchases to reduce cost & waste of paper. You can print one in your Etsy "Purchases" section. However, if you would like one, please let me know in "Notes to Seller" & I will send one with your purchase.

Shipping available to USA, Canada, & everywhere else! All orders are shipped via USPS within 5 - 7 days of receiving payment. USA customers will receive a tracking # provided by Paypal - See below regarding international orders.

If you need your order ASAP or by a certain, you must contact me before making purchase. Priority shipping is always available.
