About

My Creative Buzz

I started my shop because I realized that I love quirky clothing and accessories, but you can't always find fun pieces pieces at basic stores. One day it clicked that I could just try making things myself and, when I discovered Etsy, I knew the time was right. It took a while to find the right medium, but I eventually fell in love with making accessories. I am constantly exploring new areas and materials and, while they don't always wind up in my shop, The Morose Bee constantly pushes me forward in my process. Creating jewelry and accessories is such a therapeutic time for me and it's made all the more wonderful when someone is excited to purchase and own something that I've made.

Welcome! The Morose Bee is the little shop featuring handmade accessories, vintage items, and other craft items.
I've been creating items, selling on Etsy, and occasionally doing craft shows since 2008. I've worked hard to refine my vision and only focus on products that bring joy to me and my customers.
I try to create unique items that you won't see from other stores like ceramic beaver necklaces or zipper bags with E.T. fabrics. I hope my shop brings a smile to your day!
