I just started selling on here May 2009, but I've been apart of the Esty community for awhile! I try my hardest to get back in a timely manner to anyone who convos me, but alas, I do work full time so I might not be able to get to you until 6 pm MST. I LOVE Customer Service! I think that really is what makes or breaks your business so I do my best to make sure you are satisfied!
All items come from a smoke free home, but I do have a hypoallergenic (non-shedding) Shorkie who tends to by my shadow.

All US orders will be shipped First Class through the Post Office. All International orders (including Canada) are shipped First Class through the Post Office. I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible so please let me know if you will need special add-ons; insurance, signature, etc.
I do not include packing slips for 2 reasons; the item could be a gift and to reduce paper waste. If you would like one, just let me know and I will be happy to include one.
