Muu Bear ...what a strange name for a shop!
Well...I was looking for a name with a personal meaning: one person, one place, one concept to develop...and Muu Bear is the summary of all this!
I like details therefore I try to create unique items, keep the person as the main aim and experiment new concepts.

welcome! If your are reading means you find my item interesting, just let me tell you that I'll try my best to fulfil your requests.
All the items you find in my shop are unique:
- I have my own patterns (created by me) - that's why some of them can be OOAK items...
- I personally choose colours and materials for a high quality final product

PAYPAL is the preferred payment method.
If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, the sale will be cancelled and the item(s) returned to inventory.

NOTE: I do not accept money transfer or e-check.
Items are shipped via Italian Post Priority Mail (NO delivery confirmation and NO tracking number), when TheMuuBear is in Italy. Items are shipped via USPS First Class (with tracking number), when TheMuuBear is in US.

Should you wish a special shipping service (such as delivery confirmation or courier shipping) please contact me BEFORE purchasing for knowing the right amount of shipping fees. I will then make a special order for you.

I am not responsible for lost, damage, customs delays and/or extra fees.

Check below the price the average processing time and delivering time. This is an average, I cannot be responsible for postal delivery delay.
Refunds and Exchanges
You have 7 working days to return an item for either exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding shipping fees).

NO refund for shipping fees.

If your parcel got lost or stolen:
- up to 50% refund of the item price (excluding shipping fees) OR up to 50% store credit.

If your item got damaged, during the shipping:
- up to 50% refund of the item price (excluding shipping fees) UPON showing me a photo of the damaged item (within 48 hours after receiving the parcel) - AND after returning back the item.
