Returns and exchanges
Made to Order items can be returned minus 50% of the cost. It costs time, energy, supplies, and tools to make these items specifically for you. Please make sure you want the item before ordering it. My Made to Order items are always in my shop and are always re-listed if someone purchases one. It will be there tomorrow. Don't feel rushed to purchase it if you are not sure you want it.
Please make sure that when ordering a ring you have the correct US ring size. It is not my responsibility if the ring measurement you gave me is incorrect and I will not issue a refund unless I sized the ring incorrectly.
Silver tarnishes over time. This is a characteristic of the metal and there is nothing I can do about it after the piece leaves my studio.
Chances are if you purchase a piece of jewelry from me, over time it will tarnish. http://www.homemadesilverjewelrycleaner.com lists ways you can clean your silver jewelry with household products. No refunds will be issued for tarnished jewelry.
If payment is not received within 7 days of transaction, I will cancel the order unless buyer has communicated with me regarding payment.
I also ship internationally, but can not guarantee when they will arrive.
Some countries require the buyer to pay Duty Fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to find out if these Duties need to be paid, and for how much. I take no responsibility in Duty Fees.
In the UK the fees apply if the item is over £18 (currently roughly $29).
What you pay is - tax on however much the item cost plus £8 (roughly $13) Royal Mail International handling fee.
So please consider this before ordering if you do not live in the USA.
