Payment is accepted through Paypal or by money order. If you are new to Etsy and would like help with the payment process, please check out this step by step guide to making purchases:
Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise noted or agreed upon with the buyer. Items are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail (2-6 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on size and weight of order. International orders are shipped by International USPS First-Class Mail for which delivery time "varies".

PACKAGING - Your item will be packed with care. I use as much recycled packaging materials as possible and ask that you consider reuse before throwing it away.

INSURANCE - Shipping insurance for domestic orders can be provided at the buyer's expense UPON REQUEST. The cost is $2.00 per $50.00 of coverage. I am unable to provide insurance or tracking information on international orders unless you wish to pay for International USPS Priority Mail rates.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase and will work with you on a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if you are unhappy. Refunds will not include shipping charges and all additional shipping costs involved in a return or exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be made for items lost or damaged during shipping. If shipping insurance has been included with your purchase, coverage for lost or damaged items will be between you and the USPS. I will be happy to help you with this process.
