I do not sell paintings 'upon approval'. There are galleries, or artists who sell work for thousands who will do this. It means a return is easily done if a client changes their mind and decides the painting doesn't go with their decor.

My work is very affordable and I work hard to have clear photos with close-ups when requested.

If I were to sell upon approval, as an individual artist I would be possibly losing the packing and shipping supply costs, the listing and selling fees, the re-lisiting and re-selling fees and the significant time involved. I could do this of course, but then I would have to raise my prices to protect myself.

Please be sure you would love the painting before you purchase!

I do take returns if a painting is damaged during shipping - but this rarely happens.

My paintings are carefully covered in wax paper to protect the paint during shipment. They are packed in sturdy boxes, surrounded by (usually) recycled newspaper. This protects the painting and cushions against crushing or piercing of the box during shipment. It is not pretty, and I do not offer gift wrapping - the goal is to get them to you safely!

I ship using the US Post Office, times will vary depending on where you are located. I ship several times a week, so it is usually pretty fast - 3-7 days.
