Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
The Nurtured Leaf, LLC Sale terms. Due to the nature of our business, we can not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns on any products in our shop. All sales are final. We are a small family run business focusing on providing the highest quality products with a quick turn around. The Nurtured Leaf's products are always small batch and are made-to-order within a day or two of sale.
When will my order ship?
We are currently experiencing high sales volume. The nature of our business is we craft every order fresh by hand, so it can be difficult to ship within a business day of receiving a new order. Orders are fulfilled as they come in. Please be patient as we are not a factory or big business, and we can not always turnaround as fast as you might wish. Additionally, due to COVID, USPS shipping delays may occur which are outside of our control. We work hard each day to avoid any delays. As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number to your package. We thank each and every one of you who chooses to support our small business.
Lost or Damaged Items
The Nurtured Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as you have received your package. Please include a photo of the damaged item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
