Frequently asked questions
"Can I receive my item by *certain date*?"

It's pretty safe to say you'll receive your item 5-6 days after you place your order. If you need it sooner please message me before you purchase.

My processing times (the time it takes me to make the item), is 1-3 business days and it typically takes me all three days. After I've finished, it's posted immediately. I unfortunately can't guarantee the length of time once it's been mailed. But First Class mail for the continental U.S. is almost always 2-3 days.

September - October is my busy season, so if you need something by a specific date, please order at least two week ahead of time. If you need a rush order, please contact me before purchasing to see if I can get it to you on time. Expedited shipping does not decrease processing time.

Made to Order and Custom Pieces

- Many of my items are made to order. I strive to keep everything as consistent as possible, however since they're all handmade there might be very slight variations in the item you receive versus the picture. The only differences would be the position of wire wrapping or leaves. I'm more than happy to send you a picture of what you'll be receiving before I send it out, just let me know in the comment box when you check-out, or send me a message.

Size

- All of my head pieces are made to fit an average 22 inch head size. Most pieces can easily be made larger or more snug with gentle bending. Also a ribbon strung through the back loops helps to secure it in place. However if you would like a specific size just let me know in the comment box when you check-out.

- Children sizes are available upon request, just let me know the child's head size and/or age.

Gift wrapping and packaging

*I use recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible. If this will be an issue for order just let me know. *

Your satisfaction and happiness with your item is top priority. If a product is unsuitable in any way please contact me and I'll work it out :)
