Esty shop no. 2

I have another shop on Etsy called Bear & Bea. I had some success with it, but I never really put my all into it. When I started THE OBJECTORY I worked closely with friends pouring over logos and ideas of how to grow the new shop into something great. I love the wide audience that Etsy provides and I love seeing my great southern finds making their way across the country. I hope to someday have a brick and mortar. I like the idea of designing and filling a space of curated vintage inventory and meeting customers face to face.

Payment
Please pay promptly via Paypal. If you are new to Etsy and Paypal, please note that simply clicking the "submit order" button does not complete your transaction. Don't forget to "choose your payment method" (remember, Paypal is preferred!) and then click "Submit Order." Etsy will take you to a confirmation page that has a green button that says "Pay with Paypal" - click on this and Paypal will take you through the steps. It is very simple and you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to do so. Please contact me if you need further instructions. I do, on occasion, accept other forms of payment but this is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me via email (jillaearl@gmail.com) to discuss other payment arrangements. If you'd like to send a check, your item will be shipped as soon it clears.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped through USPS or UPS 3-5 business days after Paypal payment has been received. Larger items will be shipped with UPS and smaller items will be shipped with USPS.

Shipping costs can be combined on multiple purchase orders.

Postal insurance is not included in your purchase. If you would like to insure your item, contact us before your purchase. Additional fees will apply.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured with the USPS or UPS.

We try to re-use/recycle shipping materials, when available.

Contact us for any additional shipping requests before purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
We retain the right to refuse refunds on items in good condition and as described. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. For returns or exchanges, the customer must contact us within 5 days of receipt of item.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured with the USPS. Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to the seller.
