Will I receive my order before Christmas?
All US orders placed before December 15th will arrive before Christmas.
EXPECT A SEVERAL WEEK DELAY IN JANUARY - After working our little butts off in October, November, and December, we take a few weeks off in January to spend with family. So any orders placed after our Christmas deadline of December 15th WILL NOT SHIP until February.
Did you receive my order?
We will send a confirmation that we have received your order and your photo within 24 hours. If we did not receive a photo from you, we will let you know, again, within 24 hours.
When will my order ship?
Our turnaround time varies, but is usually between 1 and 5 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your order is completed and shipped. Your order will be shipped BY the "ship by" date that you receive when you place your order. You can also view the status of your order and the estimated shipping date of your order by checking your orders page on Etsy.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! We offer a gift box and a personal handwritten card as an add on option with each order.
Also, please update the shipping address for the recipient at checkout. If we are notified of a different address AFTER your order has been placed, we will do our best to ship to the new address, but we CAN NOT guarantee it.
How do I place an order?
Please add the item to your cart by pressing the green "add to cart" button. Then leave ALL custom information and custom requests in the comment box during check out.
You CAN NOT attach a photo during the checkout process. You must send your photo to me through an Etsy message before or after you place your order. After you send your photo, please go to your "sent" messages folder and verify that a message with a photo was actually sent.
It is not possible for you to put the photo on the ornament yourself, it is printed directly onto the ornament. Please send us the largest, un-cropped photo that you have. And please download full size photos, do not take a screenshot of a photo.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
We run various discounts based on quantity. Currently, we offer 25% off for 5 or more ornaments. If we do not have a discount running, please contact us to inquire about a quantity discount.
What size is this item and what is it made out of?
All Christmas Ornaments are 3" in diameter. They are made out of metal, archival paper, and wrapped in a protective mylar coating. They are very sturdy and will not break if dropped.
Can I get a proof of my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer proofs during the months of October, November, and December because of the sheer volume of orders that we receive and our attempt to keep organized and keep our sanity. Exceptions will be made for orders of 5 or more of the same design. And of course, if we make a mistake with your order, we will be happy to correct the mistake and send a new ornament.
What other information do I need to know before placing my order?
► If we do not receive your photo or a response to our inquiry after 2 weeks, we will cancel your order.
► If the ornament is photo optional and we do not receive a photo from you, we will assume that you did not want a photo and we will create the ornament without one.
► If we do not receive any names/dates/custom text for your ornament, we will assume that you do not want to include custom information.
►If no year is provided, we will assume it is the current year.
►If you choose not to use our provided color chart, then your color choices are up to our interpretation.
► The ribbon color will always match your ornament, however it may differ from the color in the example photo.
