The headband slips right off my head. The seller is nice but the product isn't very good in my opinion.

Orders are shipped up to 72 business hours after payment is received or after PayPal E-check has cleared.
If you order more than 3 items I will send you a paypal invoice for the additional $1 for up to 3 more items.
Everything is shipped First Class!
Your order will be shipped to your ETSY address.
If your shipping address is different, please e-mail or CONVO me to confirm!
If an item is returned to sender due to incorrect address (or different than your ETSY address), it is the responsibility of the buyer to again pay any shipping & handling fees for re-shipment.

Q: Is there a special way to wear my headband?
A: No... but there are a few tricks to make it easier. I include the url link to the tips/tricks page in your etsy purchase confirmation email.
Q: Can you send my order as a gift?
A: Yes! We have done this many times in the past. Just contact us after your purchase to make sure we have the correct shipping address and to be sure we do not include a receipt. We are also happy to include a personal note if you prefer.
Q: I do not want my ribbons to fray what should I do?

Q: How long does shipping take on a domestic order?
A: First class mail is about 4-6 business days. Excluding weekends & holidays.
Q: My item does not show it has been "shipped"... does that mean it has not been mailed?
A: Not necessarily. Sometimes I cannot to mark an item as "shipped" right a way.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping from First Class mail?
A: Sure... Just contact me BEFORE you buy so I can change the shipping option.
Q: Is WHOLESALE pricing available?
A: Yes. Please contact me on orders for your boutique!
Q: How do I wash my headband?
A: It's easy! Just hand wash, lay flat to dry, and iron out the wrinkles with a cool iron! It's as simple as that!
Q: My headband does not fit my head. What should I do?
A: First e-mail/CONVO me with your concerns and we can go from there. Most of the time you can ship it back, but be sure to include a note indicating what needs to be changed. Also please send a self-addressed envelope for mailing. I will notify you once a I receive your "returned item."
