Truly handmade

Every piece is handmade by me, i may start with a stone or a shape and the ideas and design explode from there. Im inspired by color, texture and everything i see and do influences my pieces.
My love right now is heavy gauge metal sheet and enamel. I love how i can take a flat piece of metal and by cutting, texturing, stacking, and layering i can create something no one else has. enamel and stones allows me to add color to my metal world.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case bases.
I accept paypal and credit cards through etsy.
-Payment plans available:
30% down, remaining balance divided between 3 payments over 3 months.
Item is shipped after last payment and the balance is $0

*Please be mindful of your commitment level before entering into a payment plan agreement.
Payments on payment plans are non refundable but can be redirected to a store credit if the order is canceled before item is completely paid off.
-All items are shipped by USPS first class mail in a heavy duty brown box padded with purple crinkle paper.

*Shipping Insurance is included for all items over $100 dollars.

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your item(s) under $100 please contact us before purchasing so we can adjust your shipping cost.

Unfortunately cannot refund items lost in the mail.
We will do everything we can to recover lost packages.

-Items shipped within the USA will take approx. 3-5 days to reach their destination.

-"Ready to ship" items ship in 1-3 business days.
-Made to order items will take 1-2 weeks to fabricate and ship when finished. You will be notified once your item ships.
- Let me know if you are purchasing a "made to order" item and are trying to receive it by a specific date. Ill do my best to expedite you order.

-Customer is responsible for paying all taxes, duties, customs, import, or other fees. Please familiarize yourself with this info for your country BEFORE ordering.

-We do NOT mark items as "gift" It is illegal for us to do so, Do not ask.

- I have no control over the transit time once the package has been shipped. Please be aware international packages will take several weeks to reach their destination. International tracking info is not usually available.

A.)YES! Most items we can adjust for no extra charge. :) We want your necklace to fit your style perfectly. Contact us before purchase to confirm details.

Q.) Do you accept custom orders?
A.) YES! We welcome custom order inquiries. The turn around time for custom orders depends on our current schedule, send us a message for more info.

Q.) Do you offer wholesale?
A.)Yes! please send us a message for more info.

Q.) Are returns accepted for jewelry items?
A.) Sorry but we cannot accept returns for jewelry. If there was a problem for your order please contact us.

Q.) Can i exchange my item for another item in your shop?
A.) Exchanges are handled on a case by case base,

Q.) Can i cancel my order.
A.) Yes, if your item has not yet shipped you may cancel for a full refund. Cancellation policy for custom order is outlined below.

-If there is ever a problem with your order PLEASE send us a message right away so we can fix the issue.
-If your product arrives damaged we will fix or replace your item at no extra cost to you.
For custom order items over $100 a deposit of approx. 50% is due at the placement of the order, The remaining balance is due on completion.

For custom order items under $100 total due at time order is placed.
-Complete payment required at time of purchase for Made to order items already listed in shop.

*Cancellation of custom orders:
-Custom order that have been paid for but is canceled before fabrication of item has started are refund minus 10% for design time.
-Custom orders can not be canceled once fabrication of custom order has begun.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come in a natural feel brown gift box tied with a ribbon. Sterling silver items and jewelry items $50 and up also come with a logo stamped linen storage/travel bag.

Shipping packaging:
All items are shipped in a brown sturdy sided cardboard box with purple crinkle paper padding. Shipped by USPS first class mail with in the USA. Or first class international for out side the usa.

Custom and personalized orders

We are more than happy to create a special item for you.
Or if you would like a chain length resized let us know in most cases we can do the adjustment for no extra charge.
