Welcome to our shop! We make rustic, primitive, and farmhouse pallet style clocks and home décor. All of our designs use rough cut wood and are distressed and unique. They can include cracks, dents, and knots in the wood. Your piece will truly be unique and one of a kind.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your item, please contact me as soon as possible. Items must be returned (or exchanged) within 14 days of the date you received them. All returns must be in new and unused condition. You will receive your refund as soon as I receive your returned item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on my behalf.

Orders damaged in the mail are not your fault, and we would never ask our customers to be out a product and money! If your item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact me immediately and provide a picture of the damage. We will ask that you return the clock and we will send out a replacement. Our customers happiness is our highest priority!

Payment

We accept Paypal, debit cards, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Payment must be cleared before your order will be shipped.

Shipping

We ship with USPs 1-2 weeks from purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Large clocks are shipped using FedEx (same timeline).

*Please take into account holidays in which the post office will be closed.

We Take custom orders, and can monogram any of the clocks you see in our shop. Just contact us!

Sizing details

We currently offer our clocks in 3 sizes. 24", 14", and 10 1/2"
Any of the designs in our shop can be made in any size with a little tweaking. Just ask!
We are hoping to add more sizes in the future.
