Returns and exchange details
A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNS. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless we have made an error.
We do not exchange or refund bags, whether plain, embossed or printed. Your items are created just for you at the time order.
WE DOUBLE COUNT EVERY BAG ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
We are NOT responsible mis-delivered mail or delays caused by inclement weather. Delivery Confirmation is on every package. If your package does not arrive, please take your Delivery Confirmation number to your local Post Office. They can retrieve your package for you.
We are human and if we have made an error, it must be reported within 3 days of package receipt. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Please be sure your address is correct. If the incorrect address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply. In the event of refund, shipping will not be refunded.
Payment is required in advance for special orders of full rolls of ribbon.
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible as we generally ship right away.
All custom orders must be paid within 3 business days or they will be cancelled.
If your package is returned for an incorrect address, there will be another charge to re-ship and/or a restocking fee.
We ship USPS First Class Mail unless Priority Mai is selected.
Shipping is generally the same or next day depending on time of order.
Priority and Express Mail options are available.
Please allow enough time between the time of order to delivery. Once a package leaves our shop, we have no control of the timing. Most US orders will be received within 3-5 days.
US holidays and/or inclement weather may slow down package delivery 2-5 days if the holiday falls on a weekday. Please take that into account when ordering.

Ribbon order minimum is 1 yard. We do not sell less than 1 yard lengths.
All ribbon is cut to a single length no matter how many yards are ordered unless there is a break or defects are found in the roll.
All correspondence must go through Etsy. If you have a question regarding a product, please ask. We do not make phone calls or answer private emails.
We love our customers and we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, RIBBON IS SOLD BY THE YARD.
All ribbon is custom cut at time of order. We cut all ribbon orders to the length ordered whenever possible.
If you need an exact color match, we recommend ordering what you need at one time. Dye lots can vary from roll to roll.
If you are in the USA, we are happy to provide up to 3 unwired samples at no charge.
Are full rolls of ribbon available?
We may have full rolls available. Please email us for information.
Are VAT/GST or other International taxes included in pricing?

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
We make every effort to double check each order and check off each item as it is packaged, however, we are human. In the event we have sent an incorrect item, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt.
How many yards of ribbon do I need for a wreath bow?
For those looking to create bows for wreaths, we recommend a minimum of 3 yards.
