Best Experience! I have hosted a number of showers over the years and have never had such a positive and ENJOYABLE experience in my life. Dina is not only a creative genius but truly enjoyable to work with, flexible and patient. Would purchase from her again in a heartbeat!

The shower invitations I ordered through Dina are absolutely beautiful! They exceeded my expectations since they were even better than in the photo. Dina was easy to work with and delivered as promised. I will definitely use her shop again and highly recommend her.

When ordering online, I am always a bit skeptical. There is absolutely no worry when ordering through Dina. Dina is a saint. One of the most amazing people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My invitations are absolutely beautiful and super affordable. Every invite, down to the envelope was done with care. I will 100% be returning to her and I thank Etsy for having her as a seller. I can not wait to send my invites out to my guests!!! Xo

Thank you for your interest in my shop! I take pride in my work and I believe in going to great extents to accommodate each customer with their specific requests. Once you receive your proof (either by scan, photograph or in the mail) and you confirm via convo that you would like to place the order, a reserve listing will be posted and payment in full is appreciated in no longer than a 48 hour period. I accept paypal, credit cards and money orders. Please note if you are paying by money order production of your items will not begin until the money order is received and processed. At this time no personal checks will be accepted. My shop is now set up to accept credit card payments

Please note that although I give my customers a 48 hour window to make payment after they confirm and accept the proof, Production of orders will NO LONGER begin until payments clear with financial institution. (Most payments take approx anywhere from 2-4 days to clear with the financial institution) so please, please be sure to keep this time frame well in mind for when you plan on receiving your invites and especially for your r.s.v.p dates! If you are advised that your order is in need of ordering additional supplies/inventory to assemble, please note no ordering of these items will take place until payment clears. I apologize for any inconvenience but I do thank those for your patience and understanding.

**REVISED SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS** New pricing as of January 2016 from USPS
All orders will be shipped using flat rate boxes. Here is an estimated break down of shipping prices (all prices now include tracking/delivery information from USPS)

SMALL FLAT RATE BOX = $6.80 (Suggested for 25 invites or less)

FLAT RATE PADDED ENVELOPE =$6.80 (Also suggested for 25 invites or less)

MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX = $13.45 (Most common ship method for invites 25 to about 75 invites)

LARGE FLAT RATE BOX= $18.75 (Suggested for large orders of 100 invites or more)

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ARE INCLUDED IN ABOVE RATES FROM POSTAL SERVICE

Please also indicate if you would like to insure your order during the shipping process. I will do my best to make sure your products arrive packaged as thoroughly as possible to help prevent from bending and creasing.

Although I strive to make sure your order leaves my hands in mint condition, unfortunately, mother nature cannot always be prevented (such as crushed boxes, water damage etc) therefore additional insurance may be necessary. Feel free to discuss during order placing and I will do my best to help assist. The Paper Seamstress will not be held liable for any damages to your items while in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges

Because I permit a 48 hour window to make your payment in full (which begins when a customer confirms their proof and gives the approval for me to start production) during this time frame will be the only time I will permit a refund. Any cancellation of production after 48 hours and/or after production has begun there will be no refunds for the order.

Please make sure you are certain of the order you intend to place, the date of the event and all the critical information before production. A scan or photograph of your proof will ALWAYS be sent before payment is required within the 48 hour window to help protect from mistakes being put into production. PLEASE take the time out to review your proofs when received very thoroughly! After you review and confirm to start production, I will not be responsible for any errors in production or requested refunds.

***PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE LISTING THAT YOU SEE ON THE SHOP PAGE*** Feel free to contact me with any questions prior to purchase. Customers need to receive a personal reserve listing for their orders. Thank you

Step 1- Please convo me to confirm as well as indicate your event details and/or any changes you would like in fonts, colors, embellishments etc. I will then assemble a sample and scan and/or photograph it so that you can review. Please indicate if you would like the scan to be sent to an email address. If you would like to receive the hardcopy sample in the mail, I will mail it out to you at no charge.1st sample is always free! any additional samples will be charged at the price of Invitation plus shipping.

Please allow me at least 3-6 weeks of assemble time. With that in mind, it is very important that you properly calculate your event and the time frame of when your guests should have receipt of the Invitation. I usually suggest that guests receive Invitations at least 6 weeks before the event with Weddings being more. Please convo me if you need assistance with dates or special requests and I will do my best to help assist you. You may also refer to the Payment Policy paragraph indicating new payment instructions as of 5/01/15.

At this time I regret to inform my customers that I do not offer any address printing on envelopes. However, please do not be discouraged as I am currently working on making that feature available to my products and customers in the near future!
