Returns and exchanges
We hand make each of product so nothing passes by without a quality check. However, depending on the situation we may offer an exchange as long as it hasn't been used by any means. Once again, if you find that your product was damaged during shipping, we can't be held responsible but we value you as a customer and will try to see what we can do for you - just send us an email at info [!at]
At this time, we are only accepting payment through PayPal but will add option for emailing money later on.

Products must be paid in full before orders are processed. Send us an email at info [!at] for more information.
We ship out most of our products via FedEx Ground. Give us an address and we'll let you know approximate time and costs for shipping.

Depending on the product, we mail out smaller pieces via snail mail to help you save on costs on shipping.

For an additional cost we provide FedEx Priority Overnight to International orders. We will also issue a tracking number for orders shipped out via FedEx Priority Overnight.

We can't guarantee delivery times but we will do our best! THE PAPER WHALE is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
