A little about me..

I live in Portland, Oregon with my little dog Yoda. I call him my supervisor even though I often catch him sleeping on duty. After more than a twenty-five year career in the hospitality industry I decided to embark on a new adventure here on Etsy and pursue a life long dream to be a shopkeeper. In my mind, I have always envisioned wearing an apron and standing outside a shop in a little neighborhood watching over a beautiful window box and greeting people walking by. So think of me here like that if you can. Stay awhile, peruse and find inspiration.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

My customers are extremely important to me. If for some reason you are unhappy with the item you receive, please contact me immediately. I will gladly work with you to resolve any concerns you may have about your purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery of non-seasonal regularly priced items. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items, seasonal merchandise, custom or special ordered items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping on your order when you made your purchase, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when you return all or part of your order (unless the merchandise you keep still qualifies for free shipping). The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you purchase $50 worth of merchandise with free shipping, and then return the entire order using your own shipping method, your refund will be $47 if it cost us $3 to ship the item to you originally.

We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DOMESTIC
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will typically be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase and payment confirmation. Once you enter your US zip code the system will generate the shipping cost to your home based on your specific location. The price shown will be the least expensive shipping method that is eligible for the total weight and dimensions for the items (or items) you have selected. Faster shipping methods are available in the Cart on the checkout review page, if you prefer to expedite your order. You will see your shipping method on the order confirmation email and on your purchase and receipt pages.

INTERNATIONAL
All International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, VAT fees, and shipments lost in the mail.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to ship within 24 hours or less of receiving your order. Our mailman, handsome Joe, stops by six days a week to expedite getting your orders out as quickly as possible. At checkout you'll have a chance to select the shipping speed that best suits your needs. The majority of our packages are sent through USPS Priority Mail which takes between 1 to 3 days to reach its destination here in the United States.

Standard International Shipping, outside the US & Canada, typically takes at least 2 to 3 weeks but there are options if you need to get it there quicker. Remember your package must process through customs which can add to the delivery time.
