Frequently asked questions
Will my order arrive by a specific date?
We ship Monday-Friday, typically within a business day of receiving the order (orders placed Friday afternoon and over the weekend ship the following week), excluding custom items like favor bags and garlands.
USPS delivery timelines vary. *Generally* First Class mail takes 3-5 business days and *generally* Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to U.S. destinations. If you need the package quickly, PLEASE SELECT PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING SPEED at checkout.
- USPS delivery timelines are goals, not guarantees, so we can't promise that the package will arrive on a certain date.
- We do not offer overnight shipping.
Why does shipping cost this much?
- The automated shipping calculator factors in the weight of packaging for each item ordered, so the shipping estimate is sometimes higher than the actual shipping cost.
- If you would like a more accurate estimate, please send me a list of the items you want to order and your zip code, and I'll get a calculation for you.
- ALL packages over 1 pound are sent via USPS Priority Mail (this is a rule for online-generated postage on both Etsy and the USPS websites). Priority Mail is more expensive than First Class.
Are you open 7 days a week?
We're open Monday-Friday: we respond to messages and send orders on business days. We're not open on Saturday and Sunday, or any USPS (post office) holidays.
Why is the item's 'Primary Color' identified as [red, blue, green, etc.] when your description says it's [coral, turquoise, teal, etc.]?
Etsy sellers must identify an item's color from a short list of basic colors, so while the difference between burgundy and red is *very* important when it comes to party planning, we're stuck with the short color list. For example, we can't identify an item's color as ivory (we have to pick 'beige'), coral (we have to pick 'red'), turquoise (we have to pick 'blue') or teal (we have to pick 'green'). PLEASE read the item's description and look through all the pictures to see the item's real color. Message us with questions - we're happy to help. We respond to messages Monday-Friday.
