Thank you for your interest in The Peacock Rm.! I'm Brie- an artist, mother, and wife. I believe in the "Green Movement", and freedom of expression. I will do my utmost to answer any and all questions you may have about my art and or shop. Never be afraid to convo me! I love feedback too! You are extremely important to me as a customer and fellow appreciator of artistic expression.

-I represent my work in photographs to the best of my ability. If you have questions about an item's exact colors or finishes, convo me and I will do my best to provide you with the brand and color of paint used so you can have a better idea of the item you will be receiving.

-If you are truly unhappy with an item and feel I have grossly misrepresented it, the item may be returned if I am contacted within 48 hours of your receiving my work. Please send photographs of the damage if possible via email. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.

-if an item is damaged during shipping and you have not purchased insurance, please file a claim with your chosen shipping carrier.

-I currently accept Paypal and money orders. Orders will not be shipped until payments are cleared. For International orders, I accept Paypal exclusively.

-I Reserve the right to deny use of coupon codes at my discretion when offered. Coupons are only valid when used on items over $50 dollars.
Shipping
SHIPPING
-All items will be shipped on the business day following the date your payment clears. I do not provide insurance for your items, but recommend purchasing it through your chosen shipping carrier. I typically ship through Greyhound, but am more than willing to ship your item through any carrier of your choosing.

-If you are ordering internationally, please familiarize yourself with your country's custom rules. I can not and will not be held responsible for varying custom laws.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS:

-I will be more than happy to design a custom piece for you. Message me with an idea of what you have in mind, and I can find a piece to paint for you. If you live in or around the Cincinnati, OH area and wish to bring me a piece to refinish, modify, or paint, you are more than welcome to.

-For all custom orders, 50% is due prior to my beginning any work. I will photograph the piece via digital media and send them to you to ensure we have the same vision artistically. As always, feel free to convo me anytime along the way.

-I will make every effort to hold to the estimated time frame set forth in the beginning of our arrangement. Average expected time to completion is anywhere from two to three weeks.

-The pieces are restored to the best of my ability. I am not a carpenter, nor do I claim to be. I am an artist. I will paint the piece to your specifications to the best of my abilities, but can not be held liable for the durability of the piece. I guarantee my work, not the work of a furniture manufacturer. I will always disclose the condition of the furniture and whether it is a "functioning" piece or not. If a chair says "decor only", do not use the chair to sit on ;) There will be no refunds given due to user error.
