Was just wanted I wanted and @ThePearlMagnolia was fabulous! I ordered just a week before I needed this and she shipped it out immediately! I received it in just a couple days without paying for expedited shipping. Highly recommend!

Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your Pearl Magnolia Jewelry. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date for a refund or store credit. To request your return send us a message or email us at hello [!at] PearlMagnolia.com - the returned item MUST be unworn.

Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted. You will also need to return the product in perfect condition, meaning that the product must not be used or damaged, unless there is a manufacture defect.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once item is received in original condition

We do not refund shipping costs, credit cards fees nor customs duty fees.
Please return the item with certified shipping (tracking code).

In order to return your item, notify us by Etsy message or email at hello [!at] PearlMagnolia.com within 14 days of receiving the package and let us know the reason for returning.

We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping
Jewelry will ship in 1-3 business days (unless custom ordered or otherwise noted).

All US packages will be sent with a tracking number and certified, which will be provided to you by email.

Upgraded shipping is available at checkout. If you would like your package insurance please message me for options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | Please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note, you may be charged customs fees and/or handling fees based on your country's customs policy. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their countries.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you receive an incorrect shipment or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. All damaged items must be in unworn condition.
