CUSTOMIZATION

The following features are customizable for most designs, just ask!
• Paper choice: Printing is done on white or cream linen 80# cardstock OR pearl white or champagne shimmer 107# cardstock
• Font: Both font color and style
• Some of my invitation designs use hand-stamped artwork. For these designs, please allow for slight variations in ink intensity as each piece is truly handmade.
• Embellishments: Ribbon can be changed in color and style. Rhinestone embellishment can be added to an invitation even if it was not included in the original design.

TURN AROUND TIMES

• Samples are shipped within the US in 2 business days via USPS Priority shipping. You should have your sample in 5 business days or sooner!
• Digital proofs will be completed and emailed to you within 3 business days following submission of your order form.
• Production for full orders: 2-3 weeks following final proof approval and receipt of your final payment
• Rush Orders: are available for an additional fee. Please contact me for details.
• Event Day Pieces: Due to the nature of event day pieces, turn-around time for placecards and programs can be as quick as one week. If a turn-around time of less than one week is needed from final proof approval, there will be an additional rush fee.
• Shipping Time: Full orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping with a transit time of 2-3 business days in the US, 10- 15 business days internationally. Within the US, orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Signature required at delivery for orders over $250.

Full orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping using the following rates (for within the US) based on your order total:

• International shipping costs vary. Please contact me for a quote.
• International shipping costs do not include fees that you may have to pay at customs to pick up your package. International shipping times may vary due to customs. I recommend allowing a full month for transit time.
• Within the US, orders over $250 will require a signature at time of delivery. Please plan to be available for delivery or you will need to pick your package up at your local post office.

ADD ONS FOR FULL ORDERS

The following pieces can be added to an original invitation suite:
• Additional Enclosures: $0.50 for single -layer cards, $1.00 for double-layer cards
• Upgrade paper from linen to metallic: $0.75 per invitation set or $1.50 for pocketfold designs
• Additional envelops: $0.40 each for invitation envelope, $0.35 each for response envelope
• Add a pocketfold to a design that originally did not include a pocketfold: $1.50

ENVELOPE PRINTING

Response envelope printing is always included in the per set price. Invitation envelope printing is also available for an additional cost. Addresses are printed directly on the envelope in the font of your choice. If you would like to add invitation envelope printing, see prices below
• Envelope Guest Address Printing: $0.50 per envelope
• Envelope Return Address Printing: $0.25 per envelope

MATCHING ACCESSORIES

Coordinating event day pieces are available for most of my wedding invitation designs. Contact me if you are interested in coordinating event day pieces. Some matching pieces to consider are:
• Menus, Ceremony Programs, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Save the Dates, Thank You Cards, Thank You Note for Guests, Favor Boxes
• All couples who order their invitations through The Perfect Gift Shop will automatically receive a 10% discount on and event day stationary orders.

HOW TO PLACE A FULL ORDER FOR INVITATIONS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(1) DEPOSIT
When you are ready to place a full order for invitations, please contact me to set up a custom listing for your deposit . A 50% deposit is required to begin design work. The deposit listing will be specific to your paper choices. By purchasing the deposit, you are confirming your paper choices and supplies will be ordered. Changes to your paper choices following the deposit will require a change fee.

(2) ORDER FORM
Once your deposit is paid, I will email you a customer order form that you will use to submit your wording, font choices, and any special instructions. Once submitted this form will be used to set up your digital proofs. You will receive each of these digital proofs within 2-3 business days (M-F). As needed changes will be made to the proofs and revised proofs will be emailed until they are perfect!

(3) FINAL PROOF APPROVAL
After you have submitted your final digital proof approval, I will email you a custom listing for the remaining balance of your order. Once your final payment is received, your order will go to print and assembly. I am happy to submit as many revised proofs as needed to make your invitations perfect, however, once I have received your final proof approval, further changes will not be possible.

(4) PRODUCTION
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the printing and production of your order once proofs have been finalized and final balance payment has been made.

(5) SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address provided by Paypal upon completion via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days in the US. See above for further shipping information.

Shipping
Custom invitation orders will ship via USPS Priority mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Signature will be required at delivery for orders greater than $250. Invitation samples will ship via USPS Priority mail also with tracking and delivery confirmation. Samples going to international desitinations will ship via USPS First Class mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so prior to final proof approval. Once your final proofs are approved and final balance payment is made, an order can not be cancelled.

I am confident that you will be pleased with your completed order. To ensure satisfaction, please review your proofs carefully. I am not responsible for errors once the final proof approval has been given. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will help to resolve the situation.
