Returns and exchanges
Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
Payment
We accept PayPal payment or money orders in US Dollars.

Sales tax is charge on any orders shipped to MA.
Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority mail, please contact us prior to submitting payment through Paypal, and we will issue you a revised invoice total.

All items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted on the item’s listing. (Some of our items are made-to-order and ship within 2 weeks).

We leave feedback after the item has been shipped.

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.
