The PICKED is a small business specializing in Wedding Unity Sand Sets and Home Décor. The item(s) you order are made to order, and processing times are listed in the description.
📦 SHIPPING:
Orders are sent out in the order at which they are received. We ship things as fast as we can and ship about one hundred orders weekly. To see when you can expect your item to ship please view your invoice and look for the SBD (ship by date). Note the date stated there is the latest you can expect your item to be shipped. Again we try and get orders out ahead of schedule.
Our processing time does NOT include transit times as we cannot control any shipping delays that may occur once your item(s) has left our possession.
We take great care in wrapping your items with bubble wrap, peanuts and/or shipping paper, sturdy boxes and heavy shipping tape. Once I have created and packaged your order for shipping the Tracking # will automatically be sent to you.
🚫We cannot guarantee delivery dates; we only guarantee the day that we ship your order (and notify you should there be a delay for any reason at the earliest possible time). We have no control over weather related delays and/or holidays that can disrupt the delivery date.
🗓 We ship orders Monday through Friday.
We are not responsible for any missing packages. If your packages are marked as “delivered”, they cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
Please make sure your address is correct before checkout. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping cost.

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS
PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We are not responsible for the misspelling of names, messages, dates etc. that you provide to us. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake was made on our end regarding how an item was personalized. We will happily replace the item at no cost to you.
💰NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Return request must be made within 3 days of the shipping date. Buyer must pay for returned shipping. Once item has been returned and inspected for resale we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges.
CANCELATIONS:
The time it takes to fill out your information, select options, and provide credit cards for placing a order, there are no mistakes. Once a order is placed we will not issue a refund.
🗣Ask questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about something.
➡️ Changes that need to be made to an order require a $7 charge. Listing will be sent to you should something arise.

5 out of 5 starsI actually used this sand for a little coffin themed Zen Garden that lost almost all of its sand in transit. It is a beautiful bright red and sparkly. Shipping was very quick and I appreciate the doubled-bagged and extra padding in the box!

Yes we double bag our sand, should it leak, it's still in a bag.

Do you accept Custom requests or personalized orders?
We accept custom orders! If you see something in our shop and wish to have it personalized differently feel free to ask.

How are the Unity Sets made?
The Unity Sets The PICKED provides are designs that Cassie personally creates. Unity Sets are made with a UV cured high-quality permanent ink.
♥ Relax in knowing that we work hard to make this step easy by providing the best customer service and experience one deserves. You have enough on you mind which is why we provide care cards with your order.
Sand Related Issues
We allow customers ordering unity sand sets to include sand (free of charge) with their set. We add warning stickers to those boxes about being careful when opening their box when the buyer has selected the "Set & Sand" option. Bags are not broken, cut, torn or leaking sand when shipped. The buyer will have to file a claim with USPS should their sand arrive with any of the above stated issue.
RUSH ORDER & SHIPPING
RUSH ORDER: The Rush Order add on is available for those needing their order bumped to the front of the line for faster processing. If you place a order and then decide the next day, 2 days later, a week, it does not matter, that you want to rush your order, you must select the correct rush option. We do not allow rush to reflect the original purchase date but to reflect from the date you are ordering. Meaning if you order Monday and come Thursday you want it shipped Friday, you must select next day rush and not the 4 day rush.
SHIPPING: If you make a mistake to your order, or wish to add to your order, you must pay the shipping price shown. We do not refund for shipping even if you ask for things to be shipped together.
Before you summit your order--FRIENDLY REMINDER
Please double check your order before finalizing your purchase. Check your personalized items for spellings, and that you provided all information needed to fulfill your order. We are not a spell check. Nor do we correct uncapitalized names or all cap name errors. We copy and paste as provided. Pictures, or dates not provided will be created without. We will note your order should you contact us regarding personalized order details, and typically such notes are not overlooked. Check your address as we ship to the address on your receipt. We will note your order should you contact us with a different address. However, address changes are manually changed at the time of shipping and any address change notes can easily be overlooked.

Damage

Send a clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s), with the shipping material used to prepare your order. We will file a claim with USPS. USPS requires that you keep the item, with original packaging until the claim is finalized. We do not issue replacements prior to USPS approval. In the event you need a replacement asap you may purchase a new one. When the claim is finalized you will be refunded for the new item. If you do not keep the broken item with its box & wrapping, the claim will not be granted should USPS need to see it.

Missing and/or Wrong Item(s)
In the event something was left out of your order you have 3 days to contact us from the day of delivery. To report it, please send a copy of your invoice that you receive with your order with the explanation of what is missing. This also applies to something being personalized wrong on your order.
