    We are a crafty couple who love making and creating - Cols, a wood turner, makes woody items most often spinning related while Gill is the fibre junkie who can't get enough of anything wool and fibre and is especially fond of all shades of pink - between us we are the Pink Woody Sheep

    Returns and exchanges
    Please read our listing information and understand that monitors vary etc. We do our very best to give you as much description as possible regarding weight, size, colour etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make you happy again.
    Payment
    We accept Paypal payments only. (although you can still pay by card if you don't have a paypal account)

    SPECIAL ORDERS
    We are happy to make up special orders for you. We will list them in the shop with a reserved sign on them, BUT we do ask that they are paid for within 14 days, after which time we will remove the reserved sign.
    Shipping
    We aim to send out orders within 2 working days of cleared payment. If for any reason there is a delay we will let you know.

    I keep accurate notes on the batts I make, so can approximately duplicate my fibre blends! Dyed yarn and fibre are all one offs and cannot be reproduced.

    Wooden items depend upon the availability of the raw products, especially difficult to obtain is the ideal wood for Yarn Bowls.
