About Us

Welcome to The Pip Berry Barn on Etsy! Come on in, take a look around and enjoy your visit with us. Our Etsy shop is small but growing so we hope you'll bookmark us and check back with us often as we regularly add new colors to our berry product selections.

I'm Sandy and I live in the beautiful Midwest, specifically the Chain O' Lakes Region. I have a wonderful husband, awesome kids and four beautiful grandchildren.

One of my favorite crafting memories is working with my dad at craft fairs! My dad was amazing with wood and he was well known in the crafting arena for his beautiful hand made cutting boards and beautiful clocks. For several years, especially during the holiday season my dad would put time aside from crafting his cutting boards and clocks so he and I could work together making our personalized light up reindeer and snowmen. We had so much fun!

I love all things crafty, country and primitive and as you can probably already tell, I love pip berries! In 2010 we opened up our online store "The Pip Berry Barn" specializing specifically in beautiful berry products and home decor. In 2015 we opened our Etsy shop.

Please note that all berry products are artificial and for decorative use only and unless otherwise stated are not waterproof and are recommended for indoor use only. We also recommend not placing berry products in direct sunlight as excessive heat and over exposure to the sun may result in fading and damage to the product.

If your looking for a specific color in berry products you'll most likely find it at "The Pip Berry Barn", we are proud to offer one of the largest online selections of pip berry garlands available, offering over 80 colors and counting. We're confident you'll be pleased with our large selection. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a refund. Items must be postmarked and returned within 7 days of delivery. Once your item is returned a full product refund will be issued less any applicable fees. Original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee on all returns, this fee is automatically deducted from any refund issued. Berry garlands that have been removed from their original cellophane sleeves will incur an additional 10% re-sleeving fee.
All returned items must be returned in the original packaging it was received in.
Please be sure to examine your products upon arrival, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email right away.

Light sets are not refundable unless received in non-working condition. Please test your lights sets immediately upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of original delivery date if light set(s) are not working.

We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Please note however that lighting conditions, computer monitors, tablets and phones may result in color variations and we cannot guarantee complete color accuracy.

All berry products are artificial and unless otherwise stated, are not waterproof. Outdoor use during inclement weather is not recommended. Avoid placing berry products in direct sunlight.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) Debit Cards, Etsy Gift Cards, Google Wallet, Apple Pay and PayPal.

As required by law, sales tax will applied to orders (including shipping cost) when applicable.
Shipping
Once an order is placed our processing time is generally 5-7 business days but no later than the "ship by date" located on your order. Please allow for longer processing times during holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We ship all orders using USPS - Orders shipped by Priority Mail include a delivery confirmation number and include up to $100 insurance.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any Customs and Import taxes that may apply, additionally we are not responsible for any orders that may be delayed due to Customs.

Shipping times are determined by USPS, once your package leaves us we are not responsible for delayed shipping, lost, damaged or stolen packages. We will do our best to help in such situations but ultimately you would need to file a claim with USPS.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate shipping information, we will not be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information obtained.
