What is the current processing time?

My processing time changes throughout the year, and varies based on the product ordered. The processing time is posted in each listing. Please be sure to double check this before you place your order, especially if you're in need of something by a certain date - you can contact me if you have a specific deadline.

Please note: Processing time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. Your receipt will provide your estimated ship date - though this date will only be an estimate & can fluctuate by a few days. If your package is expected to ship over the weekend, it will be shipped out the following Monday.

Custom and personalized orders

Absolutely! I would love to work with you one-on-one with you to bring your vision to life!

I have a few "custom sign" listings in my shop for specific sizes. For these listings, you can simply order right from the listing and add your custom phrase in the order "notes" at checkout. If you are unsure if your phrase will fit on the size you selected, or would like a different size, simply send me a message! I would be happy to work with you on the specifics of your request before you an order is placed!

If you are ordering a custom piece contact me with all the details needed for the piece; names, dates and anything else needed special to make the piece special for you.

What do I do if my package is lost?

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or has stopped tracking; please let me know ASAP. I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages, but I will do my very best to help you as best as I can!

To ensure the fastest delivery time, please double check your shipping address before you checkout. If you send me a message after you place an order to correct an address, I can't guarantee that the address will be changed in time for shipment.

Please note: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or because you have not picked your package up, I will not be responsible for paying to ship the package a second time. You will have to cover any additional shipping fees.

Return, Exchange or Cancellations

Since I create handmade products, each product is unique to the order. Each return/exchange is handled on a case by case basis.

If you aren't happy with what you ordered, please let me know right away and I will do everything I can to make it right.

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads. If you are looking for a different file size, message me and I can get it to you straight away!
