This is by far the best key chain I have ever got!!! Everything arrived surprisingly fast since it was on the other side of the continent and out of country. I was so excited when I got the package that I walked around with it in my hand for about an hour. Can't thank you enough Elise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to my store! :) I love to miniaturize things, and I have a very cartoon-y style of sculpting. I love to make tiny food and critters, but I especially have a passion for hermit crabs. All of my hermit crabs are anatomically correct (depending on their species) and feature natural shells that they would ideally wear.
Each item is sculpted, baked, glazed and fitted by me. They are sturdy and waterproof, and the glaze helps protect them from dirt and grime (items can be cleaned by simply wiping them with a damp paper towel) as well as sun damage.
My goal is simple, I want to share my work with people, and sustain my own small business. I started at 15, and it hasn't been easy, but the joy I feel when I see someone wearing or using something I sculpted is impossible to describe. I've decided to reach out to my international customers via. Etsy, and give my local customers another way to access my merchandise. I hope you enjoy your visit with me and return soon :)

Shipping
Items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days, and will be shipped out using Canada Small Parcel Post. They will be shipped in the smallest sized padded bubble envelope and will come with a cute organza gift baggy! Items should arrive within 1-2 weeks of being shipped out.
(If you need a specific coloured gift baggy, please let me know in the notes!)
Refunds and Exchanges
If the product is unsatisfactory, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund for the price of the product. I do not offer extended refunds if you damaged the item, only if it arrived damaged or something went wrong during the shipping process or it was damaged because it was faulty. If this is the case, contact me and ship the item back to me and I will provide a full refund for the cost of the item. (Refunds do not include shipping)
If you would like me to fix any item, simply ship it out to me :) I fix my items for free (in the unlikely situation they break) but I charge a small fee for fixing other items. Contact me for details, I'll cover the shipping cost back (for my items)
*If you have an item that is not mine that you need fixed, please keep in mind that specialty items require specialty artisans. My specialty is polymer clay and some wire work :) *
Additional policies and FAQs
Each item is meticulously sculpted, baked, quenched, glazed and fitted by me, so I do not sell wholsesale. I cannot guarantee that items will be exact clones of each other because each individual item can vary slightly when I'm making it. I can guarantee they'll be just as cute, though!
I love to do custom orders, so feel free to ask! :) The prices shouldn't vary from the posted prices, unless it is signifigantly larger/more difficult. They will often be complete in 2-4 days, more for larger or extra items.
Q: Will it withstand bumping against my keys?
A: I sculpt my keychain critters so that they are very sturdy, and they are glazed twice for extra protection. They are able to withstand every day wear and tear with ease and will last a long time :)
Q: Are the charms a choking hazard?
A: Yes, very small charms or studs could be swallowed, and should be kept away from small children.
Q: Does it look like the picture?
A: Yup! The item listed will often be the exact same one for sale. When there are multiples, there may be the tiniest variations as they are handmade, but they're made at the same time and meticulously sculpted to be as alike as possible.
Q: Will the ear wires irritate my ears?
A: The posts and ear wires are sterling silver and sterilized (although regular sterilization after receiving them is recommended) and should be safe and comfortable for all types of ears. :)
Q: What's up with the hermit crab lecture?
A: Hermit crabs are very close to my heart. I try to sculpt them as realistically as possible because I think they are incredible just the way they are. I put my clay hermit crabs in shells they would ideally wear in the wild or captivity, and I offer a small write up and picture of a live hermit crab to give you an idea of what the real version is like. Hermit crabs are misunderstood and mistreated, for more information, check out the hermitcrabassociation.com, dedicated to the proper care of land hermit crabs worldwide.
