This is a custom item just for you!! There are NO refunds on custom items! Any changes (including personalization, colors, font, or cancellations) MUST BE MADE within 24 hours of order. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED AFTER 48 HOURS. YOUR CUSTOM ORDER WILL BE IN PRODUCTION AND CANNOT BE CHANGED OR REFUNDED.
Any item that is damaged in shipping or done incorrectly will be replaced or refunded. Any mistake that I make will be corrected at my cost. Damage resulting from use and wear and tear after item is received is not refundable.
****NOTE: Damages in shipping or errors on personalization MUST BE REPORTED within THREE DAYS. NO exceptions!
NO other refunds or replacements will be done including dissatisfaction with YOUR choice of font or colors.
If an item does not arrive due it usps, we defer to the tracking info provided by USPS. If USPS shows an item as delivered, we will not refund without proof otherwise.

Shipping
All orders under 9 cups are shipped USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. Orders over 9 tumblers will be shipped UPS. Please include a phone number for UPS orders.

Tumblers are made of double walled acrylic. The designs are applied to the exterior wall using high gloss, outdoor rated vinyl. Hand wash only, please!
