IMPORTANT - Return Requirements
All returns are subject to a restocking fee - Domestic returns 10%, International returns 20%. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item, I must be notified within 3 days of delivery, or the item cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS unless otherwise agreed to prior to purchase.
Returns must be sent back within 7 days of a return notification.
International buyers - Unwillingness to pay your country's customs fees constitutes a forced return. No refunds will be made for forced returns.
Jewelry Displays and Ring Sizing
Jewelry is photographed on life size displays in an effort to show the actual size. The mannequin hand used to display rings is life size in length, but does have slender fingers. The silicon ear I use for showing earrings is life size. Sorry, I am not a jeweler and cannot do ring sizing.
International Buyers
