Hey! Thanks for stopping at my shop!

Almost everything at Quaintrella that is handmade and designed by me. Amigurumi, knitting, and crochet is all done by my beloved mother, Anna. We are both believers of up cycling and the environment. We try to minimize our impact on the earth through up cycling and making sure that when we do stuff our pieces (her amingurumi and my pendant necklaces) we use scraps of whatever we are using. I like vintage items and will frequently include them in my pieces.

Our products are made in a smoke-free (and pet-friendly environment) unless otherwise noted. Each item is made with the utmost care in terms of quality and design. We are situated in Toronto, Canada.

You can find our items in physical stores locally in Toronto:

Nathalie-Roze & Co. boutique in Leslieville carries my Ofelia Ljuv Collection pendant necklaces and headpieces.

Ransack the Universe (basement of 69 Vintage Collective) carries my wooden pins and my Mom's tiny crochet goodies.

Tomorrow Never Knows (attic of 69 Vintage Collective) carries my taxidermy pieces and some of my Ofelia Ljuv Collection pendant necklaces and headpieces.

Hells Belles in the Toronto Fashion District of Queen-Spadina carries my taxidermy pieces and Men’s accessories exclusively.

Payment due at checkout. Items not paid for upon checkout will be re-listed the same day unless otherwise arranged.

We accept various forms of payment from: Paypal, Cheques, and even local face-to-face pick up (depending on scheduling).
Shipping listed for almost ALL products are the most economical method of shipping. This usually does not include tracking or insurance unless I email you that it does (depending on how a package is sent). Therefore, unless previously discussed prior to purchasing any lost, uninsured or untracked mail, once out of my hands is no longer my responsibility.

Nor, am I responsible for custom charges or damages. I always try to pack my product as good as humanly possible. If something does occur please send me a picture of your damage and box so we can possibly work something out if it’s insured.

If you would like faster and tracked shipping please MESSAGE me beforehand so I can re-caulate the invoice of your purchase. This can also be done shortly afterwards if there was a mistake.

Also, I usually ship around 3-7 days after payment. If you would like something to be shipped more immediately please either message me for an upgrade in shipment or simply tell me you would like it shipped the day after. Otherwise, it will be 3-7 days after payment goes through. Any delays will be conveyed via Etsy messages.

I also do local pick-up within Toronto if you would like to save on shipping costs. Anywhere within the GTA as long as my schedules allow it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not take refunds. But, we do appreciate that you consult us if something is not to your satisfaction before leaving negative feedback. We try to keep the quality of our products as top-notch as possible and we mainly get or supplies locally or import others from around the world. Items that are vintage will always be more delicate and that is one thing to keep in mind before purchasing. Also, if an item is damaged over time or needs a little fix up I do free repairs as long as the customer covers the shipping to and from my studio.
Additional policies and FAQs
I gladly take custom orders - please message me through any of my associated web platforms or our Etsy for details. Wholesale is available in small quantities but consignment is done on a very cautious basis. However, keep in mind that the nature of my items is 90% of the time One-of-a-Kind and while I can make similar pieces I do not believe in the mass production of a specific an really intricate design. If interested, please message me.
