Good workmanship, looks great, the long wait was worth it

Andrew was fantastic! He answered all of my concerns along the way as there was a delay is shipping. It was worth the wait though. This pieces is exquisite!

The head board is beautiful. We’ve gotten many compliments on it. Looks better in person! It did arrive with some damage, but to the backside. So we’re the only ones that know it’s there. A little disappointed that the day I received it I noticed on the web site that the same headboard cost $100 less than what I paid.

I was so impressed with this spectacular chair. I want to thank Andrew, Karen and the whole team for keeping me informed throughout the entire process including shipping to the U.S. I have received many compliments on the chair and it's a conversation piece in my home. Thanks again for making this beautiful custom chair. You all are the best!

Beautiful easy to put up took a while made me nervous but was international shipping so. Worth it and seller was great !

The light is very nice. It was a splurge item for a kitchen renovation. It arrived safely however the cord that was sent with it was black and not white as was expected (and depicted). When I told Andrew about this he promptly sent another one, which got lost in the mail. I am currently awaiting the replacement for the replacement. Hoping I get it soon, unfotunately it will mean I have to pay the electrician to come back again and swap out the cord. I'll update review once I get the cord!

Beautiful headboard and shipped on time as seller promised. Quality workmanship and Andrew was very helpful with helping me to figure out if it would work with our murphy bed. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I love it and can't wait to have our first guests to enjoy it. :)

This is the second time I’ve ordered from The Rattan Studio (two custom headboards)! Andrew and his team are phenomenal at what they do! The pieces are stunning and the customer service is wonderful! Shipping does take a little longer with the distance but it is totally worth the wait! They even included two little gifts for my girls! If you want quality pieces, this is your place to order from!
