I accept payment via Paypal.
Your jewelry and/or supply purchase will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday.

Jewelry purchases will be shipped in a gift box, tied up in a lovely bow, and in a padded envelope. Supply purchases will be shipped in bubble wrap in a padded envelope.

As I take special care to package my jewelry in a box, complemented with lovely ribbon tied in a bow, it will arrive ready for gift giving. If you would like it mailed elsewhere as a gift, no problem, and I will even enclose a small complementary card with your sentiment if you provide me with the information. I have done this many times already and my customers have been quite happy with the outcome.

I will email the tracking # to you if you send me an email requesting it. If you do not receive your packaage due to a USPS error, it is out of my hands. If you wish, you can email me and request that your purchase be insured for an extra charge.

Of note, there is no delivery confirmation with international shipping. Again, if you wish to insure your package, please let me know.

I'm sorry, but I will not be held responsible for packages lost while in route. However, knock on wood, this hasn't happened thus far! :)
Refunds and Exchanges
If after receiving your purchase, it is not to your liking, please ship it back to me immediately (with delivery confirmation) and I will refund your money, including the initial shipping, but not the return shipping. I will not accept returns or refund your money if the package is not returned immediately. If there are extraordinary circumstances, please email me and we'll discuss it.

If, for some reason, your piece should break, whether my fault or a faulty component, please email me. I will, of course, repair it. If you inadvertantly caused the breakage or damage, I will of course still repair it, but there may be a conservative charge to repair it.

Also, I provide measurements on all of my pieces, so please make sure the piece you are buying will fit you. If it arrives and doesn't, I will be happy to resize it (if it can be resized), but for a fee, which can vary depending on the item and the degree difficulty, time needed to do so, and item/s needed to be replaced, if any.
