Returns and exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges. When placing your order, please keep this in mind and ask me any questions you may have prior to ordering. I take great care in packaging the items, but if the item is damaged during shipping, please message me and we can work out the terms for replacement.
Payment
I currently accept payment via Paypal (this includes: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and eChecks).

Please contact me if you are interested in paying by a money order. I will ship the item once it the money is received and clears at the bank.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
All items will be shipped either First Class or Priority USPS Mail. I will mail the item within 5 days. Once shipped, the item should take about 4-7 business days. I am shipping from the West Coast, so East Coast orders may take 7-10 business days.

International Shipping:
All items will be shipped via First Class USPS Mail. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days to receive your order.

Please note: If you need the item quickly, please contact me and I will contact you with the updated shipping amount. Also, please make sure that your etsy address matches the address on your paypal account.

If you are shipping to a gift recipient, please contact me. I am more than happy to include a note and gift-wrap for a nominal fee. :)
