The artist sent me an email apologizing for the delayed shipment (she was doing alot of craft shows), but it still arrived ahead of many others i ordered. And even then she included a hand-written note apologizing again for the delay. Adorable and extraordinary quality.

Not only was the ornament beyond my expectations, she included angel wings❣️ Even with a custom made order, I must have gotten the ornament within days of placing the order! Theresa was easy to contact and quick to respond. I have already recommended her to friends and will be ordering again!
