Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have shipped. We are not responsible for post office delays in shipping due to holidays, incorrect addresses, and other delays.
How do I clean my molds
Clean your molds by gently rinsing them under running water only with your finger tips, be careful not to scratch at the surface with your fingernails. you can use soap but avoid using alcohol as this will degrade the shine over time.
Can I change my Address?
Please send me a message as soon as you realize there is a mistake with your shipping address, As I get my orders out ASAP. I can change the address before it goes to the post office. But if I do not get it in time, The buyer will be responsible for any additional postage incurred due to errors in the shipping address provided.
IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE”
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be
marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your
return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment
due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping
charges.
WHERE IS MY ORDER!
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know
via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc),
so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a
sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution/refund your order/ reship your
order/ contact the postal service to locate your order.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER!
We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any
reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that
we can fix your order ASAP.
Return Policy
Not Responsible for lost or stolen packages and WRONG ADDRESS. If you have a problem with your delivery go to USPS.com and file a lost package report. If you have a problem with your purchase I can help you with that.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returns.
