Welcome!
My items are all handmade at my home office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Every item is handmade to order. Contact me for a custom design or item! I can also do bulk orders for businesses and events with a wholesale discount.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
Cancellations will be allowed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, it will be on a case-by case basis and is subject to a restocking fee for materials already used.

Returns
I do not accept returns on custom items. If it has been personalized or alter from the original, it's considered custom.
To return a non-custom item, you must contact me first and provide me with a return tracking number within 3 days of delivery. I will refund your order when I get your item back. I do not accept forced returns (returns without contacting me first) and these will be returned to sender.
Items must be returned unused, with lids, inserts and in appropriate packaging.

Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges on custom items.

To exchange a non-custom item, you must contact me first and provide me with a return tracking number within 7 days of delivery. I will exchange your order when I get your item back.

Shipping
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times:
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
I can only guarantee a date on which I will ship an item. I can not guarantee actual delivery dates as I am not responsible for delays due to USPS.

Small decals are sent without tracking. You have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping for an additional charge.
If an item is lost in the mail, I will replace it after 10 business days, but I will not refund as I can't verify delivery.

Larger decals and tumblers are sent with tracking.
Additional policies and FAQs
After Nov 16th, christmas delivery is NOT guaranteed!
If you need it before christmas, you must contact me BEFORE purchase so I can see if it can be made.
There will be no refunds for items not received for Christmas. Thank you for understanding!
