I was extremely happy with the product...it was definitely worth more than I had paid for it! I'm so impressed with the talent and artistry of the seller...and therookieartist was very prompt and courteous with her response and delivery. Such a great Etsy experience!

Shipping
I ship to the address that the buyer submits in PAYPAL,
please make sure the address is correct. However, if the shipping address is DIFFERENT from PAYPAL, make sure to message me the correct address thru ETSY or thru my email: kinipela_jennifer [!at] yahoo.com with the subject : therookieartist

All U.S. orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Majority of orders will ship via USPS or UPS.

For international shipments,
Most items take 8-25 business days to ship from the US to other countries, depending on location.

*I will message you ONCE I sent your item*
Refunds and Exchanges
It breaks my heart when someone is not happy with his or her purchase. If you are not, please contact me within 3-5 days and I will be happy to exchange your items or offer a refund if necessary.

NOTE:
I will accept your refund request if:
* You decided 3-5 days AFTER placing your order that you do not want the item anymore. More than 5 days...sorry, I cannot give you a refund.
*You received your item broken (rips, holes, art piece is bent) and you can provide proof of picture of the messed up item.

IMPORTANT:
*I would NEVER EVER send you a broken item. The only possibility I can give you is that the item was not taken care of properly by delivery service. But I will be happy to give you a refund and a discount on your next purchase at my shop :)

*I cannot refund the cost of shipping and if you return it for any reason it will not include the cost of shipping, just the price of the item.

*I do not refund "LOST" orders due to the fact that after shipping the item, it is in the delivery service's hands and not mine.

If you get a charcoal or pencil drawing from me and for some reason you realized your fingers turn gray, black, etc. or smudges appear...buy a colorless, workable finish/fixative which provides protection of charcoal and pencil drawings. This can be found at any art store.
