welcome to TheRustyARTichoke! everything in my shop has been handmade by me, Jamie Bonilla, and i enjoy every minute of it! i am an artist that loves to work in all different (mixed) media. living an artful creative life has become a passion of mine, so it spills over into not only my "art pieces" such as the encaustic works you see here, but into my jewelry and clothing and accessories... and you get a glimpse of some of that here in my shop! hope you enjoy your time here! and here are some of my policies to make things run a little more smoothly...

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
customer satisfaction is important to me - i want you to enjoy your item! if you're not satisfied with your piece for any reason, i'll refund the price minus shipping, once the item has been returned in its original condition within 30 days from purchase (buyer pays return shipping costs).
i gladly accept paypal; convo me for other payment options. 9.75% sales tax will be added to the price of purchases shipped within california. if i have not received payment within 7 days, i reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item.
item will be shipped once payment is received. allow 1-3 business days from date of purchase for shipping (longer for custom orders, of course). will ship via USPS. purchases may be insured for a small fee, if desired. all items are wrapped and well-padded using recycled items such as dress pattern tissue or shredded old book pages, before being placed in a USPS mailer, to prevent any damage during shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
i love to take custom orders! if you like the look of any of my pieces, but have different colors or personal images in mind, just convo me!
i donate 10% of all profits to either: (1) The Micah Project: a ministry in Honduras that helps street kids get off drugs, into a loving home, and provides them with an education or
(2) International Teams: a group in athens, greece, that is fighting human trafficking, specifically the trafficking of women for prostitution (and helping the ones that want to get out of that lifestyle and find work and a new life).
