Handmade and picked with pride and love.

The Rusty Goose is an eclectic assortment of vintage treasures and quality handmade primitive/country home decor. I take great pride in the fact that my products are either made with love and handpicked with love.

My favorite part of participating in craft shows or treasure hunting is the people.
I have met some of the greatest people through my craft journey; all with wonderful life stories and talents of their own. The Rusty Goose has created so many wonderful smiles and memories, and I can't wait to make more in the years ahead!

Every treasure made by The Rusty Goose is handcrafted, giving you the best in detail and charm. I am proud to share our passion for quality craftsmanship. My products are primitive and rustic in nature. Wood has knots and most of the wood I use is rough cut. Vintage treasures are handpicked with love. I will do my best to describe the current condition.

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
No refunds for custom orders. All custom order sales are final.
If you have an issue contact me immediately to resolve the problem. For special circumstance, Returns and Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return shipping costs are responsibility of buyer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item shipped for free, there is a $14 non-refundable restocking fee.
Buyer pays return shipping costs to return and resend new item.

❤ Expected shipping times are listed in the Shop Announcement. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

❤ FREE SHIPPING: is for first class or priority only. Only covers shipping in one direction. If there is an incorrect address, return to sender, or the package is returned to me for any reason, it does not cover re-shipping or new shipping. I have met my obligation to ship "free" when I shipped your purchase the first time. Refunds on "ship for free items" will be given after item is received by me, less $14 re-stock fee. Orders to be "re-shipped", the buyer is responsible for paying the cost to "re-ship" the order. This is why it is important to double check your address when checking out.

❤ I will ship to the address associated with the ETSY account. Please double check it when purchasing.

❤ I ship strictly USPS. Standard shipping is free on orders $35 plus. Orders under $35 will ship for the shipping cost at check-out. I will combine orders placed by same person totaling $35+ and refund shipping if orders are placed on the same day only.

❤ I do not ship international orders at this time.

❤ GIFT SHIPPING: I would be happy to direct mail to your special recipient with a gift tag. Add the address, what you would like tag to say in the comment section. ( I WILL NOT BREAK AN ORDER UP TO DROP SHIP. Items in order must all be going to the same location.) Convo me with questions.
