The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
No personal custom order requests refunds. My apologies. I send photos of your item that I create from your photo before I send and have you OK it. That is with all Personal Request Charms. So you are 100% sure of what you are getting with your request as a buyer of a personal idea charm.

If delivery status says delivered. I am sorry but no refund. Etsy stands by that policy.

If you pay for priority shipping and the shipment gets lost you will receive the insurance refund from the package being lost. As it is not my fault nor is it yours. If you want a refund before the 30 day wait Usps puts you through, please contact PayPal as Usps won't consider the package lost until 30 days within the U.S.

Most of the cost is for my time sculpting. This is a custom precious metal art clay. It cannot be reused, once you ok your design that's what you will receive. Esp If you and me both OK the design before it was sent, I will make sure you see your personal product.

International buyers if you don't pay for tracking and your item is taking too long or is lost in transit I cannot give a refund unless insurance or priority is purchased for a certain date. Intl. shipping takes a long time in some cases, please be patient.

As you can see by my feedback nobody has ever received a broken item. I carefully triple or even quadruple layer even gift boxes.


Damaged after Delivery:

Please note fine silver pmc is more brittle than Sterling and cannot be bent or it may snap. I can tell if it was bent and I cannot give refunds in this case.
I also do not give refunds for items that are purposely scratched and or damaged after wear of a ong period (only if: you are curious about this type of metal. All sculpted fine silver items are SOLID so there is no reason to test and or scratch my charms. They are 99% fine silver. I promise.)

*Also, did you purchase priority shipping? Because it does come with 50$ free insurance:)

Fire agates not refundable if extra time was taken for multiple videos or extra photos /vids if you had asked me to send prior and in addition to the stone, before shipping, as I am not required to send extra photos. I make sure all fire agates are in best possible light.

Important:
If anything else happens to the item please message and describe and we can work things out. I can easily fix small things for free if you dropped it, did something to it, snapped the loop by mistake, warped loops if you ran it over by a car, etc. Be truthful. The truth does get you what you want. These are all small things I can fix for free for you. However you are responsible for shipment for me to fix for free. Any damage you do to the charm please let me know. I will not be upset , I would rather know and fix it for you so you can wear it again.
Payment
Technically you have three days to send in payment, but if you need more time please contact me and I could give you one week (7 days) To complete any and all payments through ETSY. I'd most rather you'd pay me through paypal. Other payment options are available. Please contact me if you do not have paypal, or you are unable to register with them.On all custom orders up front payment is required, or half up front. Due to recent precautions for Etsy, I will no longer be doing any work before payments or half payments.
Shipping
I buy my own packing supplies and I also recycle some.

I live 30 min away from my personal post office, therefore I only ship once or twice a week.

I do not go to my post office box every day, as I am physically unable to.

My shipping prices are never unrealistic. :)
They are exactly what I have to pay to be never unfair to my buyers. Actually as of now they’re under the priority about so you’re getting a deal. All of my buyers are very happy with my customer service, custom idea charm updates, and my timing with all of that. Please check out the feedback from buyers.

Items which are stuck in the mail aren't missing for 30 days according to the US postal system.

I've never had to deal with a missing package but please message me if you think your package is lost or missing. Please give it three weeks within the US before asking for refunds without any type of assured date or specified and you paid for quicker shipping if you had needed it for a certain date. Many times customers have needed items for birthdays Christmas etc. * especially on holidays, I've finished many charms and everyone received theirs due to them purchasing during correct times and purchasing correct form of shipment so it will get to them in time. I like to make sure my customers get their special items on the special day it is meant for them!

Even if it is Usps's fault when you pay extra shipping, msg me and we can work things out if it doesn't reach you for that specifoc date:) Thx! Please read my feedback as you can get a good idea about how it is to purchase from my shop, please enjoy your item! That is why I do what I do.

Delivery confirmation with every item (IN THE U.S). Please think about purchasing Insurance on all packages as this is silver and I cannot easily replace most items without losing a decent amount of money. So please purchase insurance if you ever would want a refund. No refunds on items you create yourself.

If you are over-seas I suggest buying priority, delivery confirmation, insurance, or both. As I am not responsible to replace out of country orders -if you do not do so.
If shipping costs are less than 5.00, it will not be priority. I cannot control the package once it is out of my hands unfortunately, that is up to the post service. If you need items rushed or worked on overtime there is a extra cost or rush fee to put your orders in front of others. The fee will be from five to $10 depending on how fast and what you are asking me to do.
Also remember please wait patiently for oversea orders to get there.

ON HOLD ("RESERVED" ITEMS)

I will hold items for one week. If you are able to pay but need a bit more time, we might be able to work something out. I will name the listing as "RESERVED", and you may purchase it when you can. I'm always willing to work things out with customers. Though I prefer to get the listing purchased (and payment) within one week of the order. Thank you.
