Each listing may have a unique return policy and will be handled individually. In general:

Special occasion, masquerade, and prom designs are non refundable. I do allow in store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase.

All items: I am not responsible for return shipping costs or lost or stolen packages.

Custom made merchandise: There are no returns or refunds for custom made merchandise. I am always willing to work out a solution ie: alterations, exchange, or partial refund. Please email so we can work out a resolution should there ever be an issue.

Payment Plans:
I do not begin any work on designs until 75% of the sale is collected. The last payment is collected at the time of shipping out. If picking up in the Denver, CO area you may pay for your final balance at your final pick up.

Deposits:
Deposits for wedding gowns and custom created items are not refundable for any reason.

Cancelled orders. The Secret Boutique is not responsible for gowns or designs purchased for weddings that have been cancelled. Each cancellation will be handled individually. If fabrics have been ordered and work has been started on your custom gown or design any deposits will be forfeit.

Paypal, personal check, money order (checks/money orders must clear before item is shipped (10-14 business days). You may pay by phone with credit/debit cards.

Payment options are available please email for more information. Please understand that the final payment/balance will be due when gown is 2 weeks from shipping out.

Each item may have a unique shipping time depending on our production schedule:

US customers:
USPS (1-3 business days typically)
UPS (2-5 business days typically)

International Customers:
Ready to ship items are shipped first class which can take 1-6 weeks to deliver
Custom made gowns are shipped USPS Express International
