I offer all of my customers a full refund if they are not entirely satisfied with an item, with the exception of Custom Orders that have been created to the customer's specific requirements.

If your purchase is faulty a replacement or full refund (including return postage) will be offered upon return of the item. I abide by the UK Distance Selling Regulations entitling you to change your mind and return your item within 14 days of receipt. In this case a full refund will be issued less shipping; return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

Items should be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. Please contact me before returning an item.

Please note earrings cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

I accept Paypal, Credit Cards (via Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout) and Etsy Gift Cards.

Please do not leave any messages in Paypal - write any requests/messages in the message to seller box during checkout on Etsy or send me a message via Etsy Conversations.

All of my pieces are handcrafted by myself in Scotland, UK.

UNITED KINGDOM
I use First Class Royal Mail for my deliveries in the U.K. Delivery time to a UK address is normally 1-4 days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
I use Royal Mail International Standard air mail to ship internationally and delivery time is normally 5-20 working days after dispatch.

Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain value entering the country. Please be aware that these customs and duties fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
