thesequinnedsheep's Shop Policies
Welcome to my shop! I'm so happy to have a place to sell my items, I think they are really pretty and I hope you do too. If you have any feedback to offer me then please let me know as I want to continue to improve the items I have for sale and the service I offer.
Payment by Paypal is preferable as this is the quickest method of payment and means you will receive your item quicker. Please pay within seven days - after that the item you have ordered will be relisted.
I post my items within four days of receiving payment, unless it is a made to order item. If it is a made to order item I will inform you of when it will be ready.
Items are always sent first class by Royal Mail, unless you request otherwise when purchasing your items.
Under EU regulations, i am required to inform you of any potential taxes, charges or fees that you may be liable for. Please contact me if you wish me to research these for you - if you do not contact me for this service then I will not be liable to pay these charges. This means any taxes, charges or fees that your country may impose on you when your parcel arrives in your country or at your delivery address. I am not responsible for any of these taxes, charges or fees incurred if items are sent to another country - the buyer undertakes all responsibility for those.
Refunds and Exchanges
Under EU regulations, items can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. You may return the item using this form: http://extfiles.etsy.com/cancellation-forms/EUCancellationFormEN.pdf You will be required to pay for postage to return the item to me.
This rule does NOT apply to custom made products. Custom made items can be returned if they are damaged in the post or if there is a fault with the item. I will require photographs of the damage or fault, and for the item to be returned to me. If it has been damaged in the post then I may require photographs of the damage and the packaging so that I can get compensation from the Royal Mail. I will either issue a refund or a replacement at my own discretion. You will not be required to pay for return postage in this instance.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am happy to accept custom orders, if you have a pattern that you want made up then contact me! I will probably want to see the pattern first before I decide if I can tackle it, so please make sure you can email it to me.
My items are carefully made and last a long time, but accidents happen! So if sequins get snagged and fall off, or a flower becomes unravelled, then contact me and I will do all I can to repair the item. This does depend on me having sequins or wool in the right colours to do repairs. If I can't do the repair, please contact me about an exchange for another item and I will do my best to accomodate you.
