Think twice before buying from this seller! If you have a problem she will not respond. I ordered print yourself invitations for my husband's 30th birthday. The invitations were designed well, but the seller included 2 random phone numbers for the RSVP. This should have been an easy fix...but when I asked the seller to remove the numbers she NEVER responded. I obviously could not use invitations with someone else's phone numbers, so I started to ask for a refund. She still never responded. I had to open a case with Etsy just to get my $12 back. Within hours of opening the case she refunded my money saying she had been out of town for 9 days without any service. Perhaps that's true. Regardless I would rather buy from someone who is going to be able to make quick fixes to my invitations without all the hassle.

Oh Jordan, I am terribly disappointed but I am really appreciative that I have the chance to respond. I filled your order, fixed the mistake and reloaded it to the server. I then had family and friends involved in the worst natural disaster flooding in 500 years in Louisiana. I was without cell service to notify you that the invitation was actually updated and you just didn't know how to look for the update. When I was back in town and realized that you were confused, I immediately contacted you, apologized, showed you how to get the invitation AND refunded your money so you actually received the invitation for FREE! I think that is actually amazing service. Thank you for the opportunity to show all of my future clients that even in a horrible natural disaster, they will still receive top notch service from me.
Welcome to The Silly Nilly Studio! I am excited to launch this store that showcases simple, elegant, graphically-designed invitations and paper products for adults and kids. I am a graphic designer, a mom of 3, and I have another Etsy shop where I design children's clothing with my mom (Silly Nilly Designs...http://www.sillynillydesigns.etsy.com).
Before I was a stay-at-home mom, I was a graphic designer and art director at LSU (Louisiana State University) for 10 years and I LOVED it! I now live in The Woodlands, Texas with my family and I'm lucky enough to still be able to design professionally and for fun.

Refunds and Exchanges
You are paying for the design of each invitation. I will support your needs as best I can if you are having printing problems. If, however, you are unable to print the invitations because of technical difficulty on your end, I will not be able to issue a refund.
If an order is cancelled after your order is put into production and I have started processing your order, you will receive a 75% refund.

Please note that for all instant download files, please make sure this is what you are interested in ordering. I cannot refund items that are an instant download and I will NOT make changes to a file once an instant download has been purchased. If you need another color or size, you must message me about a custom listing. If you download the files, then request a custom listing, you will be charge the full price again in addition to the add-on price. I don't want you to have to pay double so if you have any questions, please contact me. INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILES WILL NOT BE REFUND.
Additional policies and FAQs
You may print from home (inkjet printers work best) or take to a print shop such as Kinkos or Office Max.
Colors may look different on paper than they do on the computer screen. Since the colors on our files do not change from order to order, this is likely a printer issue. I recommend that you check the ink cartridges to see if they need replacement or adjust the intensity settings on your printer. Generally, this always solves the problem! If not, and you need me to make some color changes, there will be a custom color charge.
My business hours vary. I am a work-at-home mom, so our hours are highly irregular. You will receive a confirmation email stating that I received your request and will put your order into production. I may have additional questions so don’t be surprised if you hear from me after 5 p.m., on weekends, or even the middle of the night! I love working with my customers and I work hard to make sure that everyone is satisfied with my products, timing and service. **PLEASE NOTE: I try not to work on the weekends. I do TRY to check email so don't hesitate to email me if you have a question or need something quickly.**
