Welcome to The Silver Magpie at Etsy! Please read our store policies below and if you have any questions, contact us. We've written a little about our design aesthetic in our profiles section, so please go there and take a look to get a better idea of who we are and why we make the things we make.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,and other payment methods via PayPal.

If your Paypal payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, we will cancel the sale.

R E S E R V E D I T E M S - We will keep items on reserve for you for 3 days.

C U S T O M O R D E R S - We require a 50% deposit for custom work with the remaining amount due when the order is complete. If full payment is not received within 7 days, we will place it for sale in our shop.
Shipping
Items will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We ship domestically and internationally by USPS first class mail. The shipping cost for each item is listed with the item. Multiple items may be shipped together with a significant reduction in the posted shipping cost for the second and subsequent items.

Shipping costs do not include registered mail or insurance so please notify us if you require these (we absolutely recommend insurance!) and we will add the cost to the posted shipping cost. We can also expedite shipping for an additional fee.

Your items will be shipped to the address you list on PAYPAL, so please be sure the address listed on Etsy and the address listed on Paypal are consistent to avoid shipping delays.

Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We accept all returns so long as they are postmarked within 5 days of receipt of your order.

If you are unhappy or have a problem with your order, please let us know before leaving feedback. Please contact us right away with if there are any problems with your order and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

We use high quality materials, but some pieces may be fragile and sometimes things just get broken as you are wearing them. Simple repairs will be happily made, and if something breaks bigtime, collect the pieces, send them back to us and we will see what we can do. You will need to pay shipping to return the item and we will pay shipping to return it to you after any repairs.

Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping fees; items must be returned in their original packaging.
