This is beautiful - I'd enjoy it as an ingeniously made sculptural object even if I didn't have cats! It is perfect for a small apartment because it doesn't take up a lot of floor space but it has a great presence; really graceful yet satisfyingly solid. It's well-put together, easy to move around yet weighty and balanced enough not to tip easily. And I loved that it was complete right out of the box - nothing to put together. n nit also arrived quickly, so that's a good thing too. Very happy with my purchase - will buy more from the Sky Scratcher store in future - I have my eye on the subway toy and maybe the Empire State building too!
