Returns and exchange details
For general returns, a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping charges, will be processed through Paypal or your credit card for items received back in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us prior to shipping any returned items.
All returns need to be arranged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Payment
Please note that if you pay with an eCheck, your order will not ship until the eCheck has cleared, which usually takes several days.
Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
Shipping
Orders within the US are shipped by First Class or Priority Mail. All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
International orders are shipped via First Class International, which can take anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks. Priority International is available upon request. Customs forms will be filled out with correct pricing and content information as required by law. Orders will not be marked as "gift". The customer is responsible for any customs tax that their country may charge.
